Earlier on Tuesday, the National Testing Agency (NTA) reiterated that JEE (Main) and NEET (UG) exams will likely be held on the dates introduced earlier.
It had introduced that the JEE (Main) will likely be held from September 1 to six and NEET (UG) on September 13, after the Supreme Court dismissed a petition in search of the postponement of the NEET and JEE scheduled to be held in September 2020.
“At a time when the circumstances of Covid-19 are growing every day, courses are happening on-line and there’s a medical emergency in our nation throughout a pandemic, the federal government can not count on the scholars to reply exams by going to the examination centre which might certainly result in multiplying of circumstances,” NSUI Goa stated.
It identified that organising the examination could be wastage of time as many college students are already affected by the pandemic.
